KFM Events are experienced risk managers. Kristen is a qualified Risk Manager and event Safety Manager, trained to manage and assess risk for events and at event sites. We specialise in event-based on-site risk and safety assessments and can develop risk management assessments specifically for your event.
KFM Events are expert project managers who can plan, develop and deliver your project. We will oversee the full project, including deadlines and budgets, plus work with teams, contractors and resources. We are excellent trouble-shooters, and will co-ordinate the project from beginning to completion.
